PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.



RETURN POLICIES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL as each order placed is custom made for every customer after the order is received. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size. (You can view the sizing chart on each of the product pages and please don’t hesitate to contact us with any further questions before ordering.)

Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email info@aetculture.com as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

AET.culture Shop operates with Printful, a custom print fulfillment service. It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. Unfortunately, in such case Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week’s time!

Wrong size:

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. 

SHIPPING POLICIES

Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 5-8 business days
Canada: 6-12 business days
World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at info@aetculture.com making sure you quote your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that a Shop product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, AET.culture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. AET.culture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AET.culture shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price or online store credit for a different item.
